Santa

Daddy asks, "Layla, what does Santa say?" Layla responds, "ROAR!"

Okay, so we're still working on the "HO, HO, HO," but it is still so cute to watch Layla's pure delight with Santa.

Well, Layla was in luck because in a nearby town (the one we want to move to after we sell our house) they were having a Santa parade followed by a Christmas tree lighting tonight. Perfect but COLD!

Here is Layla all bundled up in snowpants, a puffy jacket, boots and a hat to meet a real Santa Claus! She surprisingly did not mind the snowpants at all.

"Santa, Santa...is that you??"

Layla wasn't sure what to think when he first popped out of the firetruck (I have no idea why he arrived in a firetruck), but she was very interested from a distance.
